The course traverses through numerous hollows and takes participants across some of the most rugged and remote terrain in the Ozark National Forest. It will start and finish at Norfork River Resort. Runners will travel two road miles to the Matney Trailhead and proceed up the mountain. The course then traverses through a rugged hollow and climbs it's way up to Twin Creek Road Aid Station. Twin Creek Aid Station will be the turn-around for the short course.

Ozark Highlands 50K
The course will start out the same as the "Twin Creek Twenty" but proceed south on the Ozark Highlands Trail. Following Twin Creek Aid Station runners will be treated to the days most significant climb and wonderful views, working there way to the Brush Creek Aid Station and the turnaround for the 50K.

Both events start at 7:00 a.m. The cut-off times for both distances is 10 hours. All cut-off times will be strictly enforced. Runners must be checked OUT of the last aid station BEFORE the cut-off time on their way back to the start/finish.
Brush Creek Aid Station (50K Turnaround) Cut-off is 12:00 Noon. Twin Creek Aid Station (21 Mile Turnaround) Cut-off is 12:00 Noon.
Post-Race Activities Enjoy delicious hot soups, brats off the grill and special craft beers from Norfork Brewing Company while cheering on other runners as they make there way to the finish line!

Awards Each finisher will receive a unique finisher's award crafted by a local artist!. We will have Overall Male and Female awards as well as a Master's division.
